Neil Johnson, a veteran in the flooring industry, started his own business in 1973 and later joined the Top Carpets Group in 2005.  Being part of the Top Carpets’ brand has enabled Neil and his diligent, capable team to offer a stirling, five star guarantee service to their diverse client base in and around Landsdowne and other areas of the Western Cape.  They offer an expansive range of flooring: carpeting, laminates, vinyl, ceramics and solid wood.  Blinds are also available.  A job that afforded their branch great satisfaction was the laying of flooring in the main hall at Plumstead High School.
